Terms of use

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Sarbesh Kumar Tiwari, the operator of Reachout. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, and give a real name and an email address you control.
  • You're responsible for activity in your account. Don't share sign-in codes, and use “Log out on all devices” if you think someone else got in.
  • One person per account. Don't create accounts in bulk or by automated means.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reachout to:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, scams, or misleading content;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • upload contacts you have no lawful reason to contact, or data you obtained by scraping, buying lists, or guessing addresses;
  • publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or malware, on a website you create;
  • probe, attack, overload or work around the limits and security of Reachout;
  • break the terms of the services you connect (your email provider, WhatsApp, GitHub, LinkedIn).

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that breaks them.

Sending messages

  • Messages go out from your accounts, in your name. You're responsible for what you send and to whom, including following anti-spam and privacy laws.
  • Contact people who'd reasonably expect to hear from you, keep your messages honest, and stop when someone asks you to.
  • Reachout applies a daily limit and spaces messages out. These limits protect your accounts and don't guarantee that your provider won't restrict you.

WhatsApp

Where WhatsApp sending is available, it works through WhatsApp Web on your linked number. WhatsApp doesn't allow automated messaging and may restrict or ban numbers that use it. You use this feature at your own risk. Reachout isn't affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Your content

  • You keep all rights to what you upload or create: contacts, templates, files and websites.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run Reachout for you, including showing your published website to visitors.
  • You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

Websites you publish

  • Published websites are public. Anyone with the link can see them, and search engines may list them unless you turn that off.
  • A small “Powered by Reachout” tag appears in the footer.
  • Messages from your website's contact form come to your Leads page. Treat visitors' details with care and use them only to reply.
  • We may take down a website that breaks these terms or the law, and you can unpublish it at any time.

Connected services

Gmail, Outlook, GitHub, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Naukri and others are run by their own companies under their own terms. Reachout uses them only in the ways you turn on. We aren't responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

The service

  • Reachout is currently free. We may add paid plans later; we'll tell you first, and nothing you use today becomes paid without your agreement.
  • We work to keep Reachout available and secure, but it's provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Features such as reply detection, application tracking and job matching are automated and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
  • We may change or remove features. If a change significantly affects you, we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or for actions taken by third parties (including your email provider, WhatsApp or recipients) as a result of messages you send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings; your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and announce it on this site before it takes effect. Questions? Use the contact page.
